I used a lot of the same design language and colors from the last assignment. I wanted my portfolio to have a kind of fun, young look to it, which i think correlates to my design asthetic.
I made the front and back covers very bright and graphic to start and end on a memorable note. On the pages such as the wing chairs and savannah gardens I gave them the same styling and everything is idetical on both boards to let the viewer know they go together. On the Savannah gardens pages i put the graphic element to the outside of the page almost as a boarder to make it one large page. On the bourbon bench, hook-up bench and peel lamp pages the styling is different to keep the viewer intrigued and to make it a little different. On the two pages with my artwork i wanted to keep it very minimal to just concentrate on the artwork.
Overall i thin the whole project is cohesive and a great representation of my personality and style. I think my furniture designs and artwork all have a very playful quailty to them which is eveident in the design of the portfolio booklet.
